July Monthly Health Focus: Healthe Hydration

Being well hydrated is essential for good health. Drinking water is necessary to keep the body functioning properly. This is especially important to remember during the summer months when we need to increase our fluid intake to counteract warmer temperatures and higher humidity. The daily recommended intake of water is 64oz or 8- 8oz glasses. 

Healthe You Participants have access to a monthly focus topic like “Healthe Hydration” each month along with some key information on how they can improve their health. Participants will receive 50 Healthe Rewards Points for each monthly focus activity they report on their Healthe Rewards Page in the ‘Program Resources’ section. Each monthly focus will be available throughout the entire month.
