Beginning August 6, Advocate is enhancing the process and tools team members will use to request a leave of absence or make a disability claim. Team members will call MetLife – Advocate’s new administrator -- or submit leave requests and disability claims through MetLife’s easy-to-use online system.
As part of this transition, team members will experience:
- A streamlined process for requesting leave and disability.
- A new, easy-to-use online system to request, enter required information and track your leave.
- Mobile access via MetLife app to track status of leave.
